'You're not paid to think': Employee gets boss fired by proving that she was responsible for company losing two major clients after she ignored employee's warnings

As weird as it may be, not all workplaces truly value the input of their employees. Even though those employees were hired because of their skills, and are there to do a job they are entrusted with, they are still not necessarily being listened to when it actually matters.

In workplaces like these, an employee might know, without a shadow of a doubt, that a mistake is being made, and nobody would be willing to listen to them or heed their warnings. All it takes is one entitled boss who refuses to listen to anyone but themselves, and the entire workplace dynamic gets flawed and downright impossible to handle, especially for the more "common" employees.

Even if you don't really care about your job, you have to admit that it feels good knowing that your opinion matters. And if it's not, then at least you get to feel great when your boss inevitably gets in trouble for making mistakes you could have easily warned them against, if only they were willing to listen.
